The Joint Venture seeks to pursue the common desire and interest to venture into the business opportunity in Oil, Gas and Mining sector specifically to be part of increase in enhancement of crude oil production processing from the existing oil fields operated by various consortiums in the Republic of South Sudan, Mining among other services.
Objective
ARCO's primary objective is to collaborate in the exploration, production, and enhancement of crude oil, processing, Transporting as well as engage in various mining activities. The company seeks to utilize its expertise, resources, and technical capabilities to contribute to the growth of South Sudan's oil and mining industries, thereby generating revenue for the government and supporting the obligations of the Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs.

is a local registered company, a parasternal owned by Ministry of Defense and Veteran Affairs of the Republic of South Sudan
And is licensed to carryout multipurpose commercial activities especially in crude oil production processing and Mining among others, in order to enhance the revenue for Government of the Republic of South Sudan and also use the monies thus generated towards obligations of the Ministry of Defense and Veterans Affairs as requisite.
